They Write: St. Brigid’s Meadows is located near Coon Valley in the beautiful driftless region of southwestern Wisconsin. We offer genuine 100% grass-fed beef, lamb, organic pastured heritage pork, and Organic free-range eggs and broilers and an abundance of seasonal products from our diversified farm. The animals spend their days on our organic pastures in the sunny months and comfortably housed and bedded in the winter. We farm in accordance with the seasons and at the privilege of our animals.
