This brand did not participate in Cornucopia’s survey. They say: “Our beef is USDA certified start to finish, and dry aged for 21+ days. This allows natural enzymes to tenderize the meat, and give it the delicious flavor which our parents and grandparents once enjoyed. It is then vacuum packed and frozen. Our beef is available for local deliveries, pick up, and we ship FedEx two day air. We are happy to assist you with your beef purchase, and answer any questions you may have.”
Cornucopia’s investigation found some information about this brand and associated farming practices, but was not able to confirm everything due to the brand owners not participating in our survey. If you are familiar with this brand we encourage you contact the brand owners and ask for them to participate in Cornucopia’s research.
