This brand did not participate in Cornucopia’s survey. Profeta Farms Market is the primary outlet for sale of produce, meat, and dairy grown by the farm. Profeta Farms is the main source for ingredients for sale at the Market and in chef-created foods, however they do source foods from other producers and markets as well. They say: “When it is impossible to source Profeta Farm-grown products, it is our priority to purchase local or regional organic items. We expand purchasing to national certified organic products if local or regional organic ingredients are in short supply.” NOTE: The market is seasonal (see website for more information).

Cornucopia’s investigation found some information about this brand and associated farming practices, but was not able to confirm everything due to the brand owners not participating in our survey. If you are familiar with this brand we encourage you contact the brand owners and ask for them to participate in Cornucopia’s research.
