Since the year 2014, Annie's has been owned by General Mills, one of the world’s largest food companies. General Mills also markets conventional cereal such as Cheerios, Lucky Charms, Kix and Total.
While Annie's cereals are all organic, the vast majority of General Mills’ brands are conventional and some General Mills breakfast cereals, such as Kix, have jumped on the “natural” bandwagon and now make claims such as “Made with all natural corn.”
