Lifeway® produces primarily dairy kefir, but also has a soy-based version. They readily shared the sourcing information for their soybeans, but they do not buy directly from family farmers. Their supplier claims they provide only North American-grown organic soybeans, but did not share the sourcing of their soybeans.
